> Monitor and manage queued calls across all agents

## What are Ongoing Calls?

The Ongoing Calls dashboard allows you to monitor and control call execution across all your agents. You can view queued calls, pause/resume agents, clear queues, and set calling windows to control when calls can be triggered.
