# Clear User Queue

> Clear all queued calls across all agents

## What is Clear User Queue?

Clear User Queue removes **all queued calls** across **all agents** in your account. This action permanently deletes all pending calls from the queue.

## How It Works

When you clear the user queue:

* All queued calls for all agents are deleted
* The action is **irreversible**
* Agent status (paused/active) remains unchanged
* New calls can still be added to the queue after clearing

## Using Clear User Queue

1. Navigate to **Ongoing Calls** page
2. Click **Clear all** button
3. Confirm the action in the modal
4. All queued calls across all agents will be removed

## When to Use

* **Outdated queue** - Remove old or expired queued calls
* **Campaign change** - Clear queue before starting a new campaign
* **Data cleanup** - Remove calls with invalid or outdated contact information
* **Reset state** - Start fresh with a clean queue

  This action cannot be undone. All queued calls will be permanently deleted across all agents.
