An Audit Strategy tells AI Auditor what to check and which calls to review.

Open Audit strategy

1

Open Agents

Select Agents from the dashboard sidebar.
2

Choose an agent

Open the voice agent whose calls you want to audit.
3

Open Audit strategy

Select Audit strategy from the agent header.
4

Create a strategy

Select Create and enter a clear strategy name.

Write the Audit Strategy

In Audit Strategy, explain what AI Auditor should focus on. Simple example:
Audit Strategy and Audit Model are required before you can save.

Generate with AI

Select Generate with AI to create instructions from the agent’s published call script. If instructions already exist, use Edit with AI.
  1. Add optional instructions.
  2. Select Generate or Generate Changes.
  3. Review the result.
  4. Select Accept Changes.
  5. Select Save or Update on the strategy page.
Accept Changes only updates the draft. You must still select Save or Update.

Add a Call Flow Summary

Use Call Flow Summary to describe how a good call should progress. Example:
Keep it short and focused on the expected order of the conversation.

Choose calls with Audit Filters

Use Audit Filters to control which calls are reviewed. Available filters include:
  • Agent Version
  • Call Type
  • Hangup Reason
  • Call Duration
  • Drop-Off Reason
  • Conversion Status
  • Post-Call Metrics Filters
Leave a filter empty when you do not want to limit calls by that field. Select Clear Filters to remove all filters.
Start with a small and useful set of calls, such as completed customer calls longer than 30 seconds.

Set Audit Configurations

Under Audit Configurations, configure:
  • Audit Model — the AI model used for auditing.
  • Calls to Audit per Hour (%) — the percentage of matching calls to review each hour.
  • Maximum Calls per Hour — the highest number of calls to review each hour.
Use a smaller volume when testing a new strategy. Increase it after the results look useful.

Add Extra Variables

Use Extra Variables when you want AI Auditor to return additional information for every audited call. To add one:
  1. Select Add Variable.
  2. Choose the type.
  3. Enter a Variable Name.
  4. Enter Detection Criteria or Extraction Instructions.
  5. Select Add Variable.
Issue example:
Use a unique variable name. Changing or deleting it changes what future audits return.

Enable and save

  1. Select Enable.
  2. Select Save for a new strategy or Update for an existing strategy.
An enabled strategy automatically audits matching calls. A disabled strategy stays saved but does not run automatically.
Selecting Enable or Disable changes only the draft. Select Save or Update to apply it.

Manage existing strategies

Use the strategy selector to switch between strategies for the same agent. You may see:
  • Active — the strategy is enabled.
  • Unsaved — the strategy has not been saved yet.
Save an unsaved strategy before creating another one.
Select Audit Guide in the agent header for quick help inside the dashboard.
