The CRM keeps one contact for every phone number you talk to, whether that conversation happened on a call, on WhatsApp, or both. Every part of Callkaro reads and writes the same record: a voice agent’s post-call analysis, a chat agent mid-conversation, a workflow, a CSV upload, and anyone on your team editing it by hand. Open it from Dashboard → CRM. It has two tabs:

How a contact is shaped

A contact is a phone number plus the attributes you define, such as city, email, lead_stage or budget. There are no built-in fields beyond the phone number and the channels the person has used (call, whatsapp), so the CRM holds exactly what your business tracks and nothing else. Each stored value remembers where it came from:

Where to go next

Attributes

Define the fields a contact can hold.

Leads

Upload, filter, edit and assign contacts.

Keeping contacts up to date

How calls, chats and workflows write to the CRM on their own.

Workflows

Run a sequence of calls, messages and checks for each contact.
