Open Audit Reports from the dashboard sidebar to see automatic audit results.

Find reports

  1. Select Strategy or Batch.
  2. Optionally select one or more agents.
  3. Choose the date range.
  4. Select Search.
  5. Select Reset to clear the agent filter and restore the default dates.
The default date range covers the last seven days, including today.

Strategy view

Use Strategy to see combined results for each Audit Strategy. The table shows:
  • Strategy Name
  • Agent Name
  • Transcriber Accuracy
  • Callflow Accuracy
  • Postcall Accuracy
  • Function Accuracy
  • Total Calls
Select View details to open the strategy report.

Batch view

Use Batch to see each automatic audit run separately. Audit batches run with a two-hour delay and cover a one-hour call window. For example: This delay gives completed calls and their call data enough time to become available for auditing. The table includes:
  • Agent and strategy names.
  • Audit time.
  • Status.
  • Total and completed calls.
  • Failed calls.
  • Quality scores.
Select View details to open the batch report.

Understand batch status

Use Strategy for overall quality trends. Use Batch when checking the progress or result of a particular audit run.

If no reports appear

Check that:
  • The Audit Strategy is enabled and saved.
  • Calls match the strategy’s filters.
  • The selected agent and date range are correct.
  • Enough time has passed for the automatic audit to run.
The page displays No audit reports to display when no reports match your search.
