Overview

Verified phone numbers are for non-verified businesses only - those who haven’t completed business verification (GST & CIN compliance).
For Non-Verified Businesses Only: This is your only way to test agents until you complete business verification and can purchase production numbers.
Verified businesses can test on any phone number - you don’t need to verify numbers.
How Testing Works:
  1. Verify your phone number (via OTP)
  2. Build your agent
  3. Click “Test Call” button in agent UI
  4. Agent calls your verified number
  5. Test the conversation

Verification Steps

Navigate to Verified Phone Numbers

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Verified Phone Numbers

Add Phone Number

Click “Add Phone Number” and enter your number with country code (e.g., +919876543210)

Receive OTP

6-digit OTP sent to WhatsApp

Verify

Enter OTP and click “Verify” → Number is ready for test calls

  • OTP sent but not verified
  • Can be deleted
  • Resend OTP after 60 seconds

Troubleshooting

  • Check WhatsApp is installed and active
  • Verify internet connection
  • Wait 60 seconds and resend OTP
  • Double-check all 6 digits
  • Request new OTP if expired
  • Number may already be verified on another account
  • Ensure country code is included
  • Verify number status is “Verified” ✅
  • Check you have call credits
  • Ensure correct verified number selected
