Overview

DND (Do Not Disturb) Phone Numbers allow you to explicitly block calls to specific phone numbers. This is crucial for compliance and respecting user preferences.
Important: Calls will NOT be initiated to any phone number present in your DND list.

How It Works

  1. Add to List: You can add phone numbers to the DND list via your dashboard or API.
  2. Automatic Check: Before dialing any number, the system automatically checks if it exists in your DND list.
  3. Call Blocked: If a match is found, the call is immediately blocked and not initiated.
