CallKaro AI offers two flexible pricing models to suit different business needs:

1. Usage-Based Pricing

Pay for what you use - Charged based on actual credits consumed per call. How it works:
  • Each call shows its credit cost
  • You’re charged only for credits used
  • No minimum commitment
  • Ideal for variable call volumes
Best for:
  • Businesses with fluctuating call volumes
  • Testing and small-scale operations
  • Pay-as-you-go flexibility
Example:
Call 1: 10 credits consumed → Charged for 10 credits
Call 2: 25 credits consumed → Charged for 25 credits
Call 3: 15 credits consumed → Charged for 15 credits
Total: 50 credits

2. Per Minute Pricing (Pulse)

Fixed per-minute rate - Charged based on call duration with per-minute rounding. How it works:
  • Fixed rate per minute (e.g., ₹5/minute)
  • Call duration rounded UP to next full minute
  • Consistent, predictable pricing
  • Ideal for high-volume operations
Rounding Logic:
  • 0.01 - 1.00 minute → Charged as 1 minute
  • 1.01 - 2.00 minutes → Charged as 2 minutes
  • 4.20 minutes → Charged as 5 minutes
  • 9.45 minutes → Charged as 10 minutes
Best for:
  • High call volumes
  • Predictable budgeting
  • Enterprise operations
Example:
Rate: ₹5/minute

Call 1: 4.20 minutes → Rounded to 5 min → ₹25
Call 2: 2.10 minutes → Rounded to 3 min → ₹15
Call 3: 1.00 minute  → Rounded to 1 min → ₹5
Total: ₹45
Model Restrictions: Per-minute pricing has preset configurations for LLM models, voice providers, and transcribers. Model selection options are not available - optimized defaults are used.
