One agent can have many versions. It is the same agent, but with different settings for different needs. For example, you may want the same agent to talk in a different language, use a different script for a different city, or test which approach gives better results. Instead of building a brand new agent every time, you simply create a new version of the same agent. Example — an agent called “Lead Follow-Up Bot” could have:
  • Version 1: Hindi, for North India leads, goal is to book a demo.
  • Version 2: English, for metro city leads, goal is to handle pricing questions.
  • Version 3: Tamil, for South India leads, goal is to answer support questions.
Each version works on its own. This lets you run A/B tests to see which version performs better, keep one version live while you experiment with another, and serve different customer groups without starting from scratch.
