- Format To Number As Indian (ON/OFF): automatically converts numbers into the standard Indian format — for example, adding 91 at the start, after first checking the number is 10 digits.
- Auto Rescheduling (ON/OFF): automatically reschedules calls when the user is busy or asks for a callback later.
- Followup (ON/OFF): lets the agent use past conversation history to personalise and improve future calls.
- Background Noise (ON/OFF): turns on or off subtle call-center background noise to make the call feel more natural.
- Background Noise Volume (0-1): controls how loud that background noise is.
- Noise Cancellation (ON/OFF): reduces noise from the recipient’s side to improve voice clarity.
- Noise Cancellation Strength (0.05-1.00): controls how strongly background noise is removed. Higher values apply stronger noise reduction.
- Noise Cancellation Strategy: selects the noise-reduction engine. Available options are Callkaro, DTLN, DeepFilterNet, and NoiseReduce.
- Leave Voicemail Message (ON/OFF): turns automatic voicemail messages on or off when a call reaches voicemail.
- Voicemail Type: how the agent creates and delivers a voicemail. Dynamic means the LLM creates and delivers it based on the call context; Custom means you write a fixed voicemail in the “Custom Voicemail Message” section.
- Time Limit (sec): the maximum time the agent can stay active on a call before it is ended automatically.
- Disconnect Timeout (sec): how long the system waits before disconnecting an inactive or unresponsive call.
Noise cancellation
CallKaro supports built-in noise cancellation to reduce background noise from the recipient’s audio and improve transcription and response quality. To configure it in the agent builder:- Turn on Noise Cancellation.
- Set Noise Cancellation Strength based on the amount of background noise. Start with
1.00for maximum reduction. - Select Callkaro under Noise Cancellation Strategy.
