What is Clear Agent Queue?

Clear Agent Queue removes all queued calls for a specific agent. This action permanently deletes pending calls from that agent’s queue while leaving other agents unaffected.

How It Works

When you clear an agent’s queue:
  • All queued calls for that agent are deleted
  • The action is irreversible
  • Agent status (paused/active) remains unchanged
  • Other agents’ queues are not affected
  • New calls can still be added to the queue after clearing

Using Clear Agent Queue

  1. Navigate to Ongoing Calls page
  2. Find the agent in the table
  3. Click Clear button for that agent
  4. Confirm the action in the modal
  5. All queued calls for that agent will be removed
This action cannot be undone. All queued calls for this agent will be permanently deleted.
If you need to clear queues for all agents at once, use the Clear User Queue feature instead.

Queue Count

The Queued Calls column in the table shows how many calls are pending for each agent. This number updates after clearing the queue.
